Chicken Korma
Ingredients
- Low cal cooking spray
- 1 Onion Finely Chopped
- 2 Garlic Cloves Finely Chopped
- 4 Skinless boneless chicken breasts cut into large chunks
- 1tbsp of Korma Curry Powder
- 200g Passata with Onions and Garlic
- 400ml of Boiling Chicken Stock
- 200g Fat Free Natural Fromage Fraise + extra to drizzle
- Roughly Chopped Fresh Coriander to server
- Sliced Red Onion
- Lime Juice

Method
Spray a non-stick frying pan with low calorie cooking spray and place over a medium heat.
Add the onion and garlic and stir fry for 5 minutes or until starting to soften.
Add the chicken and cook for 5 minutes or until the chicken and onion are nicely browned.

Add the curry powder, passata, and stock, season to taste and stir well.
Bring to the boil over a high heat and turn the heat to medium-low.
Simmer for 15-20minutes or until the chicken is cooked through, stirring occasionally.

Remove the pan from the heat and stir in the fromage frais.
Drizzle with the extra fromage frais, scatter over the coriander and serve hot with the sliced red onion which has been tossed in lime juice and your favourite rice and vegetable side dishes.
